        In 1998, as online shopping was becoming mainstream, Chris Deck started Deck Internet Solutions to help merchants develop and activate eCommerce strategies. During this pioneering time period, the challenges of delivering a great consumer shopping experience after the buy button, from order fulfillment to delivery to returns, became clear and increasingly complicated.

        Like most visionaries and entrepreneurs, Chris and his team saw the ever-growing opportunity and market need to streamline order management for brands and retailers by leveraging technology.

        And in 2015, the team launched Deck Commerce as the market’s first cloud-based OMS focused on post-order-placement, direct-to-consumer shopping experiences.
